The skirt I made for Miss Kiki in 2012 in this tutorial is already too small so I decided it is time to make a new one. She chose the materials herself this time, as we all know how picky a 6 year old girl can be about her outfits.
With 2 different materials, I cut out 4 panels each and stitched them together. Here's the result!
