That day we went to Ubud area and visited the Monkey Forest. There were many monkeys roaming the forest freely. Most are friendly, but they do not like to be touch. They would touch you no problem though.
We had lunch in a restaurant called Pulau Kelapa (Coconut Island). The restaurant grew their own vegetables and spices and guests were welcome to walk through the garden. It was scorching hot that day we sure got tanned! The food was delicious and they also had home made ice cream that was yummy.
Believe it or not, after lunch we went over to another restaurant. Menega Cafe is one of my favourite in Bali. Despite calling themselves a cafe, they are actually a restaurant famous for seafood. Located right at the Jimbaran beachfront, if you arrive early for dinner (before 5 pm) then you may be able to get one of the popular beach front tables. So we ordered our food and settled our belongings, and went straight into the water.
Stay tuned for part 8!
