Best Father And Child Songs

I know it's late to make a Father's day post, but I will do it anyway 'cause I can. Not too long ago I compiled a new music CD for Miss Kiki for our car rides. I know she is a sensitive child and she loves songs and stories that is touching, or funny.

I am a country music fan, my favourite being Brad Paisley since his "He Didn't Have To Be". Now I figured I better start early with Miss Kiki to introduce her to country music.

Back to the Father's Day theme, here are some of our favourite father-child songs. You will see that most of them are from the country genre. But why of course!

• Daddy's Little Girl
  It's a classic song for all dads out there and there are countless versions by different singer. Here's a clip of Michael Buble's version.

• Butterfly Kisses
  Very sweet and cute. Who doesn't like butterfly kisses anyway!

• I've Been Watching You

• It Won't Be Like This For Long

• Mr. Mom

• I Loved Her First
  This is the song that gets me every.single.time. Miss Kiki hasn't heard it yet though.

• Daddy Dance With Me

• That's My Job

• Cleaning My Gun
  Miss Kiki hasn't heard this one yet but I thought it's quite funny and is worth mentioning here.
