At the end of our
trip in Yogyakarta while waiting to board the airplane, Miss Kiki told me "Mom, my gum feels funny. It feels rough." Thinking that it was not a big deal, I asked her to show me where it was. Well what did I know... it was a new tooth! She had a tooth growing behind her old one, yet the old one was still planted solid in her gum.
I told her that we may have to take her to the dentist and the old tooth might have to be pulled out, and she was so excited about it! Most of her friends at school already lost a tooth or two and she was feeling left out. But not anymore!
I booked her for a dentist appointment at
Kidz Dental Care a few days later and here are some pictures from our visit. The dental clinic is located in Puri area in West Jakarta. From the outside it looks like someone's house except for the small sign right in front of it. It was clean and comfortable, and we had a good experience in it... except that the dentist was a bit tardy.
