This morning after Miss Kiki left for school, I found myself staring at 3 over ripe bananas. I had to do something with them, so I searched online for a recipe. One recipe caught my attention with the word "crumble" in it, and it called for 3 bananas! Well I took it as a sign that this was the recipe I needed. I followed the original recipe fairly closely, but instead of making them into 10 muffins I made a bunch of mini muffins instead. Oh and I also substituted butter with oil. And they turned out really good! Especially the crumbs...
