Purse Organizer

I've always been a bit (okay, maybe more than a bit) disorganized and being a mom means that I have to carry a LOT more things in my purse than I used to. If it was difficult to find anything in it before, now it's impossible! Try finding your car keys at the bottom of your purse when a 1 year old is right on your foot wailing and you have to make sure that she doesn't take off onto the road.
So I've been searching online for purse organizers and I found: Purse Pocket Insert and Purse Organizer. They are both essentially the same thing but with slightly different method of making and materials. So please welcome.... my new purse organizer!

The outer lining is a velvety material that is pretty stiff I got from Walmart and the inner layer was regular cotton. I didn't use any interfacing because the velvet was stiff enough. If I ever make another one of these, I would add a little 'pole' for keys like the Pursekets have.

Nasi Tumpeng - Yellow Rice Mountain Recipe
