Egg and Bread Cups

This is a fun recipe that I got a hold of from one of the Indonesian parenting magazine "Ayahbunda".

8 slices of white or whole wheat bread, diced 1/2"
8 small eggs
100 grams shredded cheddar
2 tsp finely chopped celery leaves

The How To
Preheat oven to 180 Celcius or 356 Fahrenheit
Butter your muffin pan
Fill your muffin pan with bread
Beat the egg and pour it over the bread to fill the cup
Top off with cheese and celery
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool.
Serve with ketchup.
